ถาม : ส่งสินค้ามีค่าจัดส่งเท่าไหร่?

ตอบ : ภายในกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล ทางเราสามารถส่งให้ได้ฟรีครับ แต่ถ้าเป็นการส่งสินค้าต่างจังหวัดน้อยกว่า 300,000 บาทเราจะเก็บค่าขนส่งครึ่งหนึ่ง โดยส่งให้ทางขนส่งครับ มากกว่า 300,000 บาท ส่งฟรีครับ

Q : How much is the delivery fee?

A : We can deliver the products in Bangkok and nearby provinces for free. If we deliver the products to other provinces with less than 300,000 baht of value, we need to collect half of the delivery cost from customers and the products will be delivered to the bus terminal. If the value is more than 300,000 baht, we can deliver the products free of charge.

ตอบ : ถังแช่น้ำแข็งของเราจะมีสีน้ำเงิน สีส้ม และสีแดง3สีและสามารถทำตามสีที่สั่งได้ครับ

Q : How many colors do we have and what are they?

A : We have 3 colors; blue, orange, and red and we can produce customized color too.

ถาม :เชื่อมชื่อบนถังแช่น้ำแข็งด้วย มีค่าใช้จ่ายเท่าไหร่?

ตอบ :การเชื่อมชื่อบนถังแช่น้ำแข็งจะมีค่าใช้จ่าย 50 บาทต่อถัง 1 ใบครับถ้าต้องการเชื่อมถังเป็นจำนวนมากสามารถคุยกับเราได้ครับ

Q : Can we put the message on the box too? How much?

A : Yes we can put the message on the box with the additional cost of 50 baht per 1 box. But if you order quite a lot, please let us know.
